When Larry Carter started bow hunting many years ago he didn't like having his
arrows attached to his bow. They added weight, rattled, snagged in the brush,
arrows fell out and the bright fletching flashed and stood to be damaged. He then
created the perfect solution; a back quiver with a bottom-side opening to extract
an arrow and a design that completely enclosed his arrows. He was now able
to take an arrow out silently and nearly motionless. His arrows were protected
from the elements. Most importantly, his bow had no quiver attached to it.

In 2004, Larry, along with his sons, started Nolander Sports, Inc. After the
patent for the Carter's Whitetail Quiver had been submitted, a select few
were able to see and purchase a CWQ for the first time, which had been kept
a family secret for years.

We at Nolander Sports all use our own CWQs,
as we have for many years. We appreciate
the fact that the perfect material to make
our quiver is from the whitetail deer that
we respect, revere and are so privileged
to pursue.
